Settlement of maritime claims for management fees and insurance premia

After we obtained Court order for the arrest of the ship, we finally concluded settlement agreement dated 7.8.2024 on behalf of the managers, providing for the repayment of the management fees and of the P&I insurance premia due by the owners. Also providing for the lift of the arrest, the revocation of the Court order and for the release of the ship.
