Folli Follie – Injunction of the reorganization until the production of Financial Statements and Reports

On 5/6/2024 we filed with the Athens Single Member First Instance Court – Security Measures, application for injunction of the reorganisation and restructuring agreement of Folli Follie, until the production and publication in the G.E.MH., the posting on the Company’s website and the submission to the Capital Market Commission of the annual financial statements and the annual consolidated financial statements (accompanied by the corresponding management reports and the opinions of the certified public accountant or the auditing company where required and also accompanied by the corresponding audit certificates and the full texts of the audit reports ), of the Company’s balance sheets and administration reports until 31.12.2023 (financial years 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022, 2023).

On 24/7/2024, the Court hearing date of the application, we agreed to a postponement request submitted by Folli Follie. The Court set 29/11/2024 as the new date of hearing.
