“Green”, “digital” become key themes in new phase of BRI development.
The green and digital attributes underscore the ecological and technological attributes of the BRI project. Both are fundamentally economic (relational, organisational and conditional). This is paramount for national and intercontinetal investment, economic development, growth, appreciation, and value denomination, specifically in the management of business and investment finance, for profit, benefit and the control of cost.
The world and in fact the universe are existential and evolutionary (transformative) systems of systematic layers for energy organisation and management.
Utility for private and public facility and service, is the key driver for opportunities in real management for potential interaction, business development and commercial transaction.

Beyond legal and commercial terms, on the politics of AI, it is reminded that the world, humanity and civilisation are already full and fed up of crises, economic, technological and ecological and security, in the verge of catastrophe.
Technology is the solution not a problem.
