Multiple developing nations unite at UNHRC to challenge Western unilateral sanctions.

The developed nations are abreast of the world’s needs and listen attentively to the voices of the developing nations.

The international economic, commercial (trade) and financial system is based on the paramount individual and common interest, profit and benefit. Not in the profit and benefit of some against the loss of others, especially by unjust advantage, preference or privilege.

This is the reason why the international economic system, strives to be free and fair, liberated and regulated, orderly and dynamic, competitive and providing equal chance and opportunity to all. Plus open, inclusive, participative in exchanges and consultations and overall, economic.

The purpose of the international system, is instrumental. Accordingly the design of the system provides for service, utility, facility and functionality to all. For all the same reason the system is organised, operated, regulated and supervised in liberal economic fashion.

The sanctions policies are part of the international economic, commercial (trade) and financial system. Their purpose is to maintain the required degree of discipline and enforcement for the purpose of trade and transaction operational facility and market function, for when this becomes necessary or inevitable. Here, sanctions sometimes overlap but constructively with functions of the international system of institution, regulation, justice and law enforcement.

The developed nations including in Europe and the U.S. regret disruptions and discomforts, caused by unfair or inapposite sanctions on markets or parties, trades or transactions. The policies and practices are under regular review and customary consultation and this includes the sanctions policies.
