We know that the U.S. State Department, had reached an accord or agreement with Maduro. The exact terms of this accord are not public, but the sanctions against Venezuela were lifted. We do not know what happened since with this deal or where the agreement between the State Department and Maduro stands now. The domestic and foreign policies of Maduro are the usual and obvious. Besides this, the integrity of elections is an issue not only in Venezuela.

X shuts Brazil operations over ‘censorship’ orders: Musk
Constitutional rights and liberties are provided for plysical entities (persons). They are not provided for legal entities (companies, corporations, partnerships etc). Freedom of expression, freedom of speach and freedom of the press, translate to freedom of opinion, freedom of deliberation and freedom of communication. News reporters and journalists are regulated by professional standards. Anyone has the right of thought and opinion and is free to say (express) and publish this in physical press or in digital platforms and any other internet devices, save for misinformation, disinformation and manipulation of the public. The standard of responsibility is higher for persons of office and authority. The freedom of political speach and expression (freedom of assembly, demonstration and opposition) is especially protected. Personal expression, critical and political vocality are welcome and embraced. Censorship is prohibited first as against these constitutional rights. Elon Musk as individual has right to his own freedom of speach and expression in X or elsewhere, provided that he does not compromise the integrity of X as free digital platform and its unfettered use for any personal and all public communication. As (business) owner and manager he has the right and interest to defend the public trust and credibility to his (incorporated) platform, in the premises described.
The device, commission, initiation, instigation, participation and complicity to unlawful or illegal acts, commercial offences like trusts, monopolies and cartels or criminal offences like organizations, conspiracies, complots, state and private, especially secret, scaled and systematic for harmful ends and moreover by way of malpractices and wrongdoings or other illicit methods and deliberate means, like corruption, orchestration and harmonization and specifically the engagement or employment of extremism and terrorism, are not permitted and the responsible parties are liable for damages to the injured parties, punitive and correctional penalties.
In the case of Brazil, firstly, Elon Musk is not known for such conducts and secondly, the issue appears to refer to political expression (relating to Bolsonaro).
The same stands for the case of X and Musk in Venezuela with Maduro.
