The relevant reports evidence the practices and patterns which the media monopolies and cartels typically employ to communicate systematic acts of extreme physical and pyschological violence, public and social disorder, via reports of terrorist attacks. Such patterns and practices are the hypo / down play (suppression, cover, concealment or entertainment) of the identity and of the responsibility of the attacker and murderer (here of children in a U.K. dance class), of the particulars of the murder act etc. These standard practices and patterns lead to the systematic instigation of operatives in terrorism and extremism. Instigation which further devolves into indoctrination or other forms of organization, direction, manipulation and control. The analysis then becomes more technical but is typical in law enforcement and security agencies’, standard detective work. Of course, when this work is not disrupted or countered by overt or covert actions of demonstration of power, censor and direction of the free press, coercion or intimidation of law enforcement authorities, obstruction or corruption of justice or other systematic acts of crime like complot, conspiracy and treason.
The contrast of the hype of the terror act with the hypo of the report on the terrorist, the timing and the extremist assymetry in the communication of terror and above all the underlying economic and political objectives are also helpful police and detective elements. On the legal, law enforcement, judicial and political aspect, terror attacks, even as heinous and systematic as this, must not distract the police authorities and the security agencies, in their work to dismantle and bring to justice the rings of extremism and organised crime, crisis, chaos and specifically, the masters, planners, organizers, physical perpetrators, moral instigators, operational accomplices, political and economic beneficiaries.
This terror attack like many other similar and systematic, is obviously against England, the U.K., Europe, the West, the world, democracy and freedom, civilisation and humanity, besides the victims, their families and the Southport community. The typical technical political target of terrorism and extremism is justice, (public, social, legal and constitutional) order and the rule of law. The paramount reason for the protection of justice and the defence of the rule law is common and profound. Yet the below mathematical equation is also helpful for further illustration of the constitutional and institutional significance of terrorism and other systematic cultivation and commission forms of organised and industrial criminality in public affairs:
