Wade, on the constitution&#8217;s (federal) principle. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Harris and the Democrats, argued that abortion of gestation is woman&#8217;s choice.   <\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Trump and the Republicans, agreed that the policy is referred to the states. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>In (state) practice, the SCOTUS decision still leaves abortion to women to decide. As they will do, if necessary, in one U.S. state or next.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Otherwise, the truth is that no woman has an abortion, willingly. Unless in non-conducive (like without family planning, social care or economic support) or extraordinary, circumstances and never happily so. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accordingly, states tend to compensate stricter provisions on abortion, with providence for stronger social care and economic support, for families and for single mothers, at politics and policy level. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>For this reason, Trump and the Republicans, resonated with the public and with women and overall prevailed in the elections. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/states-abortion-laws-ballot-2024\">https:\/\/www.cbsnews.com\/news\/states-abortion-laws-ballot-2024<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p> <\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Map shows how abortion measures fared on the ballot in the 2024 election.
