Powell leading Fed to Big Rate Cut. <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

The economy is no longer free market. Due to the controlling trust, monopoly and cartel. The economy is not productive and not competitive. This is worldwide, save for few small exceptions left and for an island of powerful growth and development, this meaning, China. Conversely, Trump is right about the economic crisis but wrong about the correcting policies. Harris is wrong on both. Bidenomics were right with investment in the real economy and Main Street. This saved the day and employment and kept the economy (just) standing and going. But this was also an interim solution, because discrepancy in Wall Street was not concurrently discontinued and corrected. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

The fall of communism led to the dominion of extremism in capitalism. The war in Ukraine, Russian nationalism and the revival of the Soviet Union, is result of this exact extremism. China instead, put up the moderate hybrid solution called, socialism with Chinese characteristics. With this bingo policy China rode high in the crest of the post communism wave and swept the table. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

In the West and the U.S., extremist frenzy and excessive demolition of regulation (i.e. of economic infrastructure and of financial structure), led to systematic reckless LBOs and M&As. This led to to industrial demolition, upended corporate structure, business administration and management and commercial and operational functions, removing spirit, freedom, competition and production from the economy, the businesses and the market. This put the condition further under the control of the (single) monopoly, trust and cartel. Poor enforcement led to rule violation where excessive financial speculation and market manipulation, thrived. The Federal Reserve was brought under the control of the private trust and its policies in the service of the trust’s perceived interests. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Excessive preferences to special interests, undue taxation privileges, poor enforcement of anti-trust regulation and the repeal of the Glass – Steagall Act, led to the banking and financial crisis of 2007-8. This crisis was used by names still in the market, to convert emergency liquidity funding to permanent government tapering. Who then directed and consolidated emergency tapering to permanent federal subsidy (unlawful state aid) of the financial markets for speculation and manipulation. Who directed the Federal Reserve to the so called “unconventional” monetary policies and to the elimination of interest rates, in their favour. Who finally, monitored the Federal Reserve free liquidity and free money machine. For all the alleged public, economic, philanthropic, noble and beneficial causes of course, like for the employment of the unequal and for the common, the national, the institutional and the individual interests, profit and good.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Which extremist capitalist frenzy and hysteria, led instead to structural, systematic and endemic monetary, financial and economic damage, to institutional decadence and to systemic corruption, all of which played straight into the hands of Chinese economics. This, the ever valid principle that, moral is the technological and respectively, the logical and the legal, the issues referred in previous posts and specifically, the wars in Ukraine and in the Middle East, also played straight into the hands of Chinese geopolitics.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Against this reality, the dominion of the private monopolistic world dictator(s), proved what was from the outset, devious, deranged and delusional (plus the legal and judicial translation of this). What was also aspired and conspired for in the 21st Century, with no sovereign state, no people, no armed forces and no institutions, but with ill conceived and implemented technology, information and communication monopoly and questionable financial resources. Also with other means of previous references in this column (which I avoid the repetition of herein), by an illicit crypto network of idiots and of other expletives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This business, which together with the extortion and fraud of the false philanthropy and the futility and folly of the World Economic and other Nonsense, nevertheless, got as far as near the destruction of civilisation, the extermination of humanity and the devastation of nature and life on the planet, as remarkably as they did. This would be a logical, technological and historic paradox, if Beijing was not the one dictating the terms right now, at least in continental Eurasia (from Ireland to Japan) and for this exact reason. Let alone the past.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Public transparency is mandatory, yet the cash flow statements and the consolidated cash flow statements of the Federal Reserve, are sought first to assess the depth which corrosion has run in the economic and the financial system, in order to determine the correction of the monetary, financial and economic policies, warranted. Specifically, to configure the levels of economic and financial risk and so to enable the actual and realistic econometric calculations for correction. Finally, to justify the objective setting of the interest rates and of the monetary policies, to bring economic and financial measurements, market prices and currency denominations to scale and so to value and to fix inflation and the artificial bubble. Past from the shamanic rituals and the useless subjective arguments, to which the Federal Reserve appears increasingly accustomed. Before taking the other steps of legal and judicial restitution, prescribed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This post is written in credit to the few scholars and economists, who stood up for the truth and cautioned for the hard landing (or crash) case. Against earlier unrealistic aspirations and endeavours for soft landing, which this author and others, regrettably professed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

This meaning, if market finance is to remain still of any material relevance, in the foreseeable future. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
