What everyone wants to know now<\/strong>.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The Federal Reserve is provider of unlawful state aid by way of monetary subsidies (QEs, elimination of interest rates, facilities and any other devices) to investors in the financial markets via the banks and the special favoured dominant interests. The result is the pervasive market speculation, manipulation, insider trading, financial crime under the private monopoly and cartel business, which controls these markets, the economy and the media.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Systematic dereliction of duty of the congressional and the judicial authorities, aggravated the dependency of the Federal Reserve on exclusive private interests, the monetary extremism of their boards, the unlawful state aid and abusive subsidies to the financial markets. This dereliction has underpinned the derivative abuses and violations of all principles of free market economy and of most chapters of civil, commercial, criminal, administrative and constitutional law and financial regulation, besides illegal central state direction, systemic intervention and anti-trust.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>These violations and abuses, nursed plutocracy and kleptocracy, subverted liberty and democracy, exacerbated excess and inequality, eliminated the middle class, divided the society between the ultra rich and the poor, polarised the nations politically, financed crime, crisis and chaos across the board and corrupted the U.S., the EU, Japan and the other western states and economies. Market concentration, consolidation and manipulation by the Federal Reserve unlawful and abusive policies and practices, exorcised liberty, opportunity and competition. Funded complots and conspiracies like in Covid, supply chain disruptions, military conflicts and wars, control prices and cause inflation and economic and financial terrorism. Besides bioterrorism, biowarfare, physical, psychological, Islamic and other national and international terrorism.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The subversion and obstruction of technological, ecological and economic development has compounded the acceleration of global warming and climate change, putting nature and humanity under further danger of post Covid extermination. The crisis in business, corporate and institutional management, is evidenced by the addiction of the markets on subsidies to fix the prices of assets (and trades) in the financial markets via transactional relations with the U.S. Federal Reserve, the European Central Bank and the Bank of Japan. Corporate management is corrupt but even where is not, can do little or nothing in controlled markets and trades fixed under terms dictated by monopolies and where the literal terms of production and performance have lost purpose and sense, virtual and real.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Boeing is the latest manifestation in the long and systematic record of the U.S. industrial decimation and economic decadence. The real proof however is in the trade deficit with China, which has become endemic, systemic and structural.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Finally the above applies also to the monetary subsidy of the labor markets, which the Federal Reserve Boards ostensibly and abusively profess.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Accordingly, the U.S. authorities and the federal inspectors must call the boards for production of full and thorough audited annual financial statements and reports on accounts and balance sheets of the Federal Reserve system in the last 20 years, with no further delay. The same applies to the competent authorities of the EU and the EMU and of Japan for the European Central Bank and for the Bank of Japan, respectively.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2024\/08\/23\/economy\/rate-cut-size\/index.html\">https:\/\/edition.cnn.com\/2024\/08\/23\/economy\/rate-cut-size\/index.html<\/a><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/08\/23\/fed-chair-powell-indicates-interest-rate-cuts-ahead-the-time-has-come-for-policy-to-adjust.html\">https:\/\/www.cnbc.com\/2024\/08\/23\/fed-chair-powell-indicates-interest-rate-cuts-ahead-the-time-has-come-for-policy-to-adjust.html<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Powell just suggested interest rate cuts are coming.
