Information and communication are general elements of civilisation and of the constitutional state. They are also special elements of liberty, democracy, equality, justice and the rule of law.<\/p>\n
Information and communication have program, which is structure and form, system and function. The program is element of technology, ecology, economy, society and above all, security. Public information and communication are provided by the mass media and the press at the professional level and in the internet websites and the social media, at\u00a0the personal, group or corporate level.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Information and communication are constitutional rights and liberties, configured in the personal freedom of expression and the professional freedom of the press. The media and the press are professional information and communication devices for news reports and journalism. The report of the news (programs) is subject to statutory legislation, market regulation and the principles and practices of professional journalism.\u00a0<\/p>\n
Politics are programmatic. Democracy is constitutional political system. Therefore politics, like all activities, are practiced in a constitutional, therefore in a liberal, functional and above all, legal programs (forms and fashions of information, communication and broadcast).<\/p>\n
