Conditions which relate to inflation, competition, employment, economic growth and other significant economic metrics.
Furthermore, the Federal Reserve is proponent of transparency, accountability and publicity, anyhow. So, the sooner these financial statements, records and reports are released and produced to the Congress and the public, the better for all.
