The purpose of the program is the study, examination, substantiation with materials and sources, conception, comprehension, interpretation, education, elaboration, innovation and invention in tandem with communication to the academic community and the public.<\/p>\n<p>The third set of the R&amp;D Program are the articles in education. These articles refer to the inter &#8211; disciplinary feature of the Alphabet, which follows the stages of evolution.
